This mother-daughter duo are a force to be reckoned with! They bring a wealth of knowledge in all things real estate and are the hosts, producers and writers of 30 Minutes to Wealth.

Both working at Pro Funds Mortgages, a mortgage finance and real estate investment firm, Carmen and Jordan dedicate their professional careers to assisting their clients achieve their real estate focused endeavours. Throughout Carmen and Jordan’s experiences in the industry, they have identified many knowledge gaps in the real estate sector that are preventing people from realizing their long term investment ambitions; the desire to educate people so that they can be empowered to pursue their real estate goals, inspired the premise of the show.

Carmen Campagnaro

Carmen encountered her first taste of real estate at 18 years old and never looked back. She is the visionary, founder and President of Pro Funds Mortgages and several other real estate companies. Carmen specializes in mortgage finance and advisory services in the residential, multi-residential and commercial real estate sectors to borrowers, and to both private and institutional lenders. Over the last 20 years, Ms. Campagnaro has arranged and coordinated mortgage funding in excess of $1.5 Billion, including commercial properties, multi-residential properties, land, developments, mezzanine financing and construction financing. Carmen’s success can be attributed to her constant drive to assist clients to achieve their financial goals. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, shopping for antiques, relaxing at the cottage, and most importantly, searching the internet for real estate deals!

Jordan Campagnaro

As Vice President, Investment Services at Pro Funds Mortgages, Jordan has expertise in helping her clients achieve their real estate investment goals and objectives. She has participated in real estate investing on a personal level both actively and passively since the age of 23. Jordan holds a bachelor’s Degree with distinction, specializing in Marketing and Finance, from The University of Western Ontario. In addition to her degree, Jordan is a licensed mortgage agent and has given back to the community through efforts with the SPCA (Society Against the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and Humane Society International. In her spare time, she enjoys Yoga, Pilates, traveling the globe, reading a good book, and hanging out with her wiener dog, Finn.
